Please read these terms carefully before booking or using our cleaning services.

Agreement to Terms

By booking, scheduling, or using the services of Bellstart Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients of Bellstart Cleaning Services in Dallas, TX and surrounding DFW areas.

Our Services

Bellstart Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move In/Out Cleaning, Airbnb & VRBO Cleaning, and Commercial Cleaning throughout Dallas, TX and the greater DFW area.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

Bookings & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online at bellstart.com/book-now/, by phone at (469) 502-2326, or by submitting a quote request form. All bookings are confirmed via email or text message.

We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. In rare cases of delays due to traffic or extended prior appointments, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice โ€” no charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment โ€” may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows โ€” may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost

โœ… If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to make it right at absolutely no additional charge โ€” no questions asked.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers work performed by our cleaning team during your scheduled appointment. It does not apply to pre-existing conditions, damage, or areas that were not accessible during the cleaning.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the actual condition of the home significantly differs from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price with prior client notification.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

Promotional codes such as BELL20 ($20 off your first cleaning) are subject to the following conditions:

  • Valid for first-time clients only
  • One promotional code per household
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated
  • Bellstart Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time

Access to Property

By booking a cleaning, you confirm that you are authorized to grant our team access to the property. You agree to ensure safe and reasonable working conditions for our cleaners, including access to running water, electricity, and necessary areas of the home.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, a cancellation fee may apply.

Liability & Insurance

Bellstart Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the situation promptly.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Items that were improperly secured or fragile items not disclosed prior to cleaning
  • Damage resulting from areas our team was instructed not to clean
  • Loss of items not reported within 24 hours of service

Client Responsibilities

To help us provide the best possible cleaning, we ask that clients:

  • Provide accurate information about the property size and condition when booking
  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before our arrival
  • Ensure pets are secured in a safe area during the cleaning
  • Provide entry instructions if you will not be home during the cleaning

Recurring Cleaning Services

Recurring cleaning plans (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are offered at a discounted rate compared to one-time cleanings. Discounts are applied as long as the recurring schedule is maintained. Skipping or cancelling recurring appointments may result in the loss of the recurring discount for that visit.

Changes to These Terms

Bellstart Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
